Throughout a career in finance, equipment rental, business development, and executive leadership, Brent Rippentrop has helped organizations expand market reach and improve long-term profitability. From his early years in accounting and auditing to senior executive positions overseeing sales, marketing, and financial planning, Brent Rippentrop has consistently contributed to organizational growth.

Mr. Rippentrop has served as a manager of pricing, treasury manager of finance, and manager and director of business development. In these roles, he worked on interest rate risk management, funding strategies, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term corporate growth initiatives.

From 2003 to 2009, he worked at John Deere Credit as vice president of marketing. In this position, he oversaw marketing activities across the United States and Canada. His responsibilities included product development, pricing strategy, advertising, market analysis, call center support, and direct marketing initiatives. Later, between 2012 and 2024, he served as senior VP of sales and marketing at Sunstate Equipment.
